ETBlogs Pop: Still lost in ‘Lost’

THE GRAMMY AWARDS: What did you think of the Foo Fighters with a full string orchestra? Neat, I think, but not exactly soothing.

I'm not so sure Ben is the villain, I think we are headed to a show down between science and spirituality. Lock representing faith and Ben representing reason.
The really creepy thing about Ben is he doesn't blink.

Honestly, I'm not sure about anything at this point -- which is incredibly frustrating.
I agree there is some sort of science vs. faith showdown coming, but I don't get what it's all about.
I mean, what kind of faith -- Christian? Something New Age-y, like 'The Secret'? Something else?
    I'm still clueless.

LOST is such a confusing and addicting show. I think Ben is inbetween good and bad. When he was in power, Ben was the villan, but now he could possibly save the Oceanic passengers. It was so creepy last episode when Ben knew everything about that British woman. I really want to know how he is getting all the information? How could he possibly have a man on the boat?

I think Locke represents faith in a much broader sense, believing in something beyond reason.

As far as Ben having a man on the boat, seems he has control far beyond the Island, as we saw with Juliet's ex husband and his encounter with the bus.

Lost is such a waste of time because it's built on false suspense. What happens when they're found? Will the show be called Found?

    I think I'll stick to Gilligan's Island.

I don't get Ben's reach beyond the island -- or why the polar bear showed up in the middle of a desert with the Dharma symbol.
    That's just weird.
And I think 'Lost' works because it is such a puzzle.
